What does “research use only” mean?
Our products are sold as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and they are not for human or animal use.
How do I pay?
Choose Cash App, Venmo or Bitcoin at checkout. Paying with Bitcoin takes 5% off your products. For Cash App or Venmo, enter your username at checkout so we can match your payment. For Bitcoin, paste your transaction ID on the order page after you send it. Your order ships within 1–2 business days after payment arrives.
When will my order ship?
Paid orders ship within 1–2 business days in plain packaging with tracking. Choose USPS, insured up to $100, for $13, or FedEx 1–2 Day for $14. Orders over $300 ship free.

Can I see the certificate of analysis?
Yes. Send us the lot number printed on your vial and we’ll email the testing lab’s report for that lot.
How should vials be stored?
Keep lyophilized vials frozen at −4 °F or colder for long-term storage, or refrigerated at 36–46 °F for short periods, away from light. Keep reconstituted material refrigerated at 36–46 °F.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
